Gander, NL, December 14, 2020 —The Gander and Area Chamber of Commerce is very excited to announce the kick-off of its “Shop Here, Live Here, Work Here, Play Here” area business campaign. With thanks to many generous local area businesses, the Chamber is hosting “Ten Days of Gander and Area Giveaways!” running from December 14th to 23rd.
Starting today, December 14 Chamber members, the general public and our Facebook followers are invited to:
- like the Gander and Area Chamber of Commerce | Facebook page to receive notifications of daily Giveaways
- participate in the daily prize giveaways people are asked to “Like and Share” the daily giveaway post. Winners will be announced the following morning on the Chamber Facebook page and a private message will be sent to the lucky winner.
There will be fabulous giveaways from businesses throughout the Chamber’s whole area from Glenwood to Terra Nova; Bonavista North; Fogo; Change Islands and New World Island. The Chamber encourages everyone that when making purchases or looking for services you look “LOCAL” first!
The Gander and Area Chamber of Commerce, representing more than 300 members, is an advocacy voice for businesses in rural Newfoundland and Labrador. The Chamber promotes and improves the economic climate of the area, while supporting the needs and concerns of the business community.
