9/11 Piano Mediations with James Hurley – Gander
During the final week of Newfoundland and Labrador’s 2026 production of the award winning musical Come From Away, the Gander Arts & Culture Centre will host a series of public piano meditations designed to encourage reflection on the events of September 11, 2001, and Gander’s historic response. Arts & Culture Centre resident artist James Hurley will create a quiet, contemplative atmosphere through an accompanying improvised piano performance. The event is free and open to all.
