Take the opportunity to celebrate with family and friends on Canada’s national holiday. wear red and white and fly the maple leaf to celebrate another year of being Canadian. The Gander and Area Chamber of Commerce will be handing out cake and drinks at our Tourism Information Centre. feel free to come by between 10- 2 for a chat and some cake. Check your community calendar to see if there are any special events taking place in your community on July 1. Some common ways of celebrating include BBQs, fireworks, festivals, and more!
