Twin Ponds, Trans Canada Highway Glenwood NL

Rally Drilling Services, a New Brunswick-based drilling company, acquired The Salvation Army Camp to provide comfortable accommodations for its growing Newfoundland workforce while they were on rotation. However, once we laid eyes on the breathtaking landscape of Twin Ponds, we knew this special place was meant to be shared with the world.

What started as workforce accommodations soon evolved into something greater. Our first step was renovating the original bunkhouse, transforming it into a stylish and comfortable retreat for both large groups and couples. From there, we continued expanding, and just two years later, we proudly opened The Caribou Landing—a year-round restaurant open to the public. The name is inspired by the pack of caribou that migrate through Twin Ponds each spring, pausing to graze in our lush green fields before continuing their journey west.

Our latest venture is Twin Ponds RV Park, which currently offers 32 spacious sites, with plans for further expansion to provide even more amenities for families. As we continue to grow, our vision remains the same: to create a welcoming escape where visitors can experience the beauty and serenity of Twin Ponds, our own little piece of paradise.
