A Place to Be Heard with James Hurley – Gander
Award-winning Newfoundland and Labrador–born pianist and composer James Hurley performs new original works created during his residency through the Arts & Culture Centre’s Artist-In-Residency (AIR) program. These compositions explore themes of place, community, connection, and the importance of being heard. Hurley will perform with the centre’s newly restored Yamaha concert grand piano, accompanied by special guests and local artists participating in the anniversary music workshops.
